We write this letter to provide some data points for Dr. Randy Fagin’s claim that he “performs more da Vinci® Robotic Prostatectomies annually than any other urologist in Texas” as of December 31, 2006. These are entered into a large database and monitored on a daily basis.

Based on our tracking system & database for the end of year 2006, Dr. Randy Fagin, as a “single surgeon”, has performed in total more da Vinci® Prostatectomy procedures as compared to other surgeons in the state of Texas. Moreover, our tracking system & database also indicates that, in cumulative & historical volume, Dr. Fagin has also performed more da Vinci® Prostatectomy procedures as compared any other surgeon currently residing in the state of Texas. Dr. Fagin also ranked as the 8th highest volume da Vinci® Prostatectomy surgeon in the United States during calendar year 2006.

Additionally, based on his proficiency, Dr. Fagin is a national proctor and a hospital surgery observation physician for da Vinci® Prostatectomy.
