| In 2006, Dr Fagin performed
more daVinci robotic surgeries than any other single Surgeon
in the state of Texas (see Intuitive Letter) and his surgical
volume was ranked as # 8 in the nation. To bring you this
exceptional level of care Dr. Fagin has put together what
he believes is one of the finest daVinci teams in the

The
Anesthesiologist and Nurse Anesthetist
work with Dr. Fagin on 100% of his cases. That means
his large surgical experience translates into a
large anesthesia experience for the Anesthesia team
he works with. |

There will also be a nurse and two surgical technologists
who set up and manage the equipment necessary for
Dr. Fagin to perform this complex operation. These
core daVinci team members work with Dr. Fagin works
every day he is does daVinci surgery. As the volume
of surgeries Dr. Fagin performs each month has increased
to over 20 cases, this core team has trained additional
staff members to meet the demands of this surgical
volume. |

Sheri Moore is a Certified First Assistant
licensed under both the Liaison Council on Certification
for Surgical Technologists, as well as The Association
of Surgical Technologists. She is also a Licensed
Surgical Assistant with the Texas State Board of
Medical Examiners and was hand picked by Dr. Fagin
for her skill and knowledge to be a part of his
daVinci team. Sheri began her career as a surgical
technologist and went on to acquire additional training
to become a first assistant. Sheri has been
a part of Dr. Fagin’s team since 2003 and
has assisted in over 700 daVinci and laparoscopic
prostate surgeries with Dr. Fagin. In addition
to Sheri’s twenty one years in the surgical
field, her experience with Dr. Fagin in over 700
cases and her knowledge and skill as a daVinci first
assistant, ranks her among the national leaders
in this role. For a surgery as complex as daVinci
prostatectomy, having a superior caliber first assistant
like Sheri Moore at the patients side enhances the
safety, efficiency, and exceptional outcomes Dr.
